Vegan Chickpea Patties

These little delightful patties are so versatile, you can have them with a green salad, in a pita as ‘falafels’, in a burger bun, the choice is yours!  I like to serve them with a large green salad, the flavours and textures are perfect together.

Hi! These sound awesome, but i’d just like to know if these would freeze well? And if so, at what point would they be best to freeze? Love your blog by the way! xx

Hello! I’ve personally never froze them, but would love to know how it goes if you try it out. I would try with a few after you assemble them and refrigerate them to hold their shape.
